Fuse Assets

The truck and the house deserve more than a folder.

A Drive holds a pile. Fuse Assets holds each vehicle and property — titles, inspections, and receipts fused to the thing they belong to. Search it. Share a slice when you sell. Keep private items off a share. Optional AI assist can help file; you confirm, or skip it.

Fuse is your Asset Vault.

From a pile into a vault

Why Fuse vs a folder, a Drive, or a binder

The organizing unit is the asset — this VIN, this address — not a filename you have to remember later.

  • vs a folder

A folder is named by you. A Fuse record is named by the VIN or the address, so the truck and the house are not competing for the same pile.

  • vs Drive

Drive searches files. Fuse searches the truck or the house — and you choose what a share includes. Private items stay off that path.

  • vs a binder or a zip

Paper and zip files are a snapshot you have to keep track of. Fuse is a place you keep adding to, then share without the private stuff.

What you fuse

Vehicles and properties are two of the most prominent. Fuse whatever is of value to you — equipment, collections, and whatever comes next. Identity first, evidence on that identity.

  • Vehicles

VIN, title, service receipts, inspections — on that truck or car, not in a folder called “car stuff.”

  • Properties

Address, deed, inspection, equipment — on that house or land. Fuse does not invent serials, rooms, or captions.

Find it. Don’t rename it.

Search the truck or the house. The library and timeline live on the asset, so you are looking up a vehicle or a property — not hunting Scan2024-final-v3.pdf.

Share a slice. Hand off the record.

Thread Share is a view. Transfer moves the record to a new owner when you choose. Packets are a job-shaped bundle — listing for a sale conversation, claim for damage — not a dump of the Drive, and not a filed insurance claim. Private items stay off those paths.

Optional AI assist — Owner Confirmed

You do not have to use AI. Type a service record. Upload a PDF and place it yourself. If you turn assist on, it can suggest a match or a date. You confirm before anything is fused. Assist never replaces that confirmation, and Fuse does not invent serials, rooms, or captions.

How it works

Three steps. Optional assist stays optional. You confirm what gets fused.

  1. Step 1

    Create your vault

Sign up and add a vehicle or a property. The organizing key is the VIN or the address, not a folder name.

  2. Step 2

    Fuse the evidence

Attach titles, inspections, and receipts to that asset. Optional AI assist can suggest a match — you confirm before anything is fused. Or skip assist and file by hand.

  3. Step 3

Share a slice — or hand off the record

Thread Share for a view, a packet for a sale or claim conversation, Transfer when ownership changes. Private items stay off those paths.
